Lessons from “Coach Dave”

This weekend, I found my new favorite show: Ted Lasso. Never before has a television show displayed so much heart, so much positivity that it inspired me to be a better person. Or in this case, a better person with a mustache.

So for this week’s episode, I reached out to my friend, “Coach Dave,” a baseball manager who certainly knows a thing or two about good coaching and leadership. I wanted to chat with him about memorable coaching experiences, and how we can turn those moments into something bigger as role models. I’m excited for you to listen to today’s episode, so without further adieu, let’s get onto the show.
